Matt began his career in the industry in 1990. His grandfather, Dee Cramer, started the company in 1937. Matt started off in the business by working for his father, Dick, before taking the helm in 2005 when his father became Chairman of the Board. Matt's holistic approach comes from working in other jobs in other industries before coming back to the family business, by choice.
Matt graduated from Powers Catholic High School in Flint, Michigan and then went onto pursue International Business and European History from St. Mary's College, in addition to obtaining a BBA Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
After graduation, Matt continued his education with the SMACNA Business Management University and Graduate Program before attending the FMI Leadership Institute in 2005.
Matt continues to inspire his team as he spearheads multi-million dollar projects in the Midwest and continues to prove that Dee Cramer is truly a leader and innovator in their industry.

Personal Interests: Matt is married to his wife, Sharon, and they have three children; Matthew II, Stefan and Miles. He also enjoys golfing, family time and participating in his kids sports.

Like his brother Matt, Rich worked with his grandfather and with his father, Dick in the family business which started in 1937. In 2005, Rich stepped into a larger leadership role when his father, Dick, stepped aside to become Chariman of the Board.
Rich started with Dee Cramer in 1981, before he even graduated from Powers Catholic High School in 1982. He continued to work at Dee Cramer during the summers in the field and shop during the four years he attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned his BBA Accounting in 1986.
Rich worked his way up from Estimator, Project Manager and Vice President, which eventually put him as Vice President of Service, a position he holds today.
Heading up the residential service division at Dee Cramer, Rich prides his residential team on excellence in design, workmanship, competitive pricing and customer service.
By serving on many industry boards and working in the community, Rich is able to keep a well rounded view of the company as a whole which allows the company to grow positively.

Personal Interests: Rich is married to his wife Kathryn and they have three children; Alec, Nicole and Luke. He enjoys reading, ice hockey and golfing.

Rick's visionary approach to construction and his ability to incorporate Lean processes with innovation make him an effective Vice President of Construction. Having led construction for data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants, Rick has already successfully completed some of the most intricate and complicated mechanical efforts in our industry. He applies his knowledge and expertise to build and refine critical functions in project execution. He also works to continually enhance the prefabrication and assembly processes to take us to new levels of efficiency.
Roles in the Community: Member of the Flint Area Association Sheet Metal Contractors, American Society Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, President of the New Lothrop School Board, serving on the Administration Council for St. Michael Catholic Church in Maple Grove
Personal Interests: Rick is married to his wife, Mary Jo and they have four children; Heather, Nicole, Rachel and Kyle. He also owns and operates an 120-acre fourth generation farm which raises soybeans, wheat and oats. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, family camping and woodworking.

Heather has over 20 years of experience in providing financial leadership to large manufacturing corporations. Her career foundation in public accounting and subsequent experience in risk management, financial reporting, capital planning, supply chain, sales and operations provide her with a widespread business perspective. She is responsible for Dee Cramer's financial organizational strategies, strategic initiatives and direction. She also oversees the Information Technology operations of the company.
Heather received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and went on to become a CPA in 1999. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training program and the FMI Leadership Institute.
Heather’s passion is improving financial results through operational efficiency and is continuously working towards enhancing operational productivity. Heather maintains a strong relationship with financial institutions, bonding, and investment communities maximizing return on investments.
Roles in the Community: Vistage Michigan, CEO and Executive Coaching, Automotive Women’s Association (AWA), Women In Defense (WID).
Personal Interests: Heather is married to her husband, Rick, and they have a young daughter, Riley. They are also licensed foster parents to a 2 year old boy. She enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with her family.
