The project was a single story Casino that incorporated a Design / Build project delivery method. Dee Cramer was the Lead Coordinator for the BIM Process as well as the Dry-Side HVAC Contractor. The facility was comprised of gaming floors, multiple restaurants, parking garage, etc. Rooftop Air Handling Units, Make-Up Air Units, and exhaust fans made up the primary HVAC equipment, with an extensive air distribution system making up the secondary side.
